BabaMethod ("we", "the extension") helps creators upload their own videos to TikTok at higher quality. This policy explains exactly what data the extension and our service handle, why, and what we do not do. BabaMethod is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok.
TikTok session cookie: The extension reads your TikTok cookie locally, only to look up the public @baba_method account when inserting the optional creator mention. This cookie is never stored by us, never sent to any third party, and never used for tracking. It stays on your device and is used only for that single lookup at the moment of upload.
The extension stores your selected method (OG/MAX), your login session, and preferences in your browser's local storage so your settings persist. You can clear this anytime by removing the extension.
Account data (Telegram ID, plan, credits, usage) is kept while your account is active. Uploaded video files are processed transiently and removed after processing. To request deletion of your account data, contact us via the in-app support button or our Telegram bot.
Connections use HTTPS. Each account is authenticated with a per-user session token; we do not use shared credentials.
BabaMethod is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will reflect changes.
